By accessing or using image2pixel.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Image2Pixel provides free, browser-based tools for converting and editing images, including a pixel art maker, a spritesheet generator, format converters, collage/crop tools, and an image resizer, along with related articles on our blog. Most tools process your images entirely within your browser; a small number use server-side or third-party processing where noted in our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Your Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the images you create using the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your source images or your exported/processed output.

4.2 License You Grant Us

For any feature that requires uploading an image to our servers (see Section 2), you grant us a limited, temporary license to store and process that image solely to provide the requested feature. This license ends automatically once the temporary file is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the images and content you process using the Service. You agree not to:

• Upload or process images you do not have the legal right to use;
• Upload or process illegal, pornographic, violent, or rights-infringing content;
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its code, design, layout, graphics, and text (excluding your content) — is the property of Image2Pixel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party infrastructure and analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and, for select AI-assisted features, third-party image-processing providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third parties beyond our agreements with them.

The Service is provided free of charge. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws generally applicable to online services, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and without designating the law of any specific country as controlling.
