欢迎使用 HiWords。通过下载或使用本应用，即表示您同意受本最终用户许可协议（EULA）的约束。

1. 许可范围

我们授予您一项有限的、非排他性的、不可转让的许可，允许您在受您拥有或控制的 iOS 设备上使用 HiWords。

2. 内容生成与准确性

HiWords 使用 AI 技术识别物体并生成翻译或例句。尽管我们不断优化算法，但我们不保证识别结果和翻译内容的 100% 准确性。本应用提供的信息仅供参考，不应作为专业翻译或教学的唯一依据。

3. 数据存储责任

重要：HiWords 采用本地存储机制。您的单词本和学习数据仅保存在您的手机中。如果您删除应用，所有数据将无法恢复。我们不对因设备丢失、损坏或应用卸载造成的数据丢失负责。

4. 订阅与付费

如果您购买了 HiWords 订阅服务，费用将通过您的 iTunes 帐户扣除。订阅会自动续订，除非在当前期限结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。

5. 标准条款

除本协议外，您的使用行为还受 Apple 的《标准最终用户许可协议》约束。

Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to HiWords. By downloading or using this application, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HiWords on any iOS device that you own or control.

2. AI-Generated Content

HiWords uses AI to identify objects and generate translations. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the identification or translation results. Content is provided for educational reference only.

3. Data Responsibility

IMPORTANT: HiWords uses local storage. Your vocabulary and learning data are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app will result in permanent data loss. We are not liable for data loss due to device issues or app deletion.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Standard Terms

In addition to these terms, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA.
